Official Oxford certification for your students

- Idiomarum is an Authorized Examination Center for the Oxford Test of English. We offer an official certification from the University of Oxford, with international recognition, valid for studies, public examinations (oposicions), academic exchange, and professional fields.
- The exam is 100% online and lasts approximately two hours.
- The Oxford Test of English is certified by the University of Oxford and consists of four modules: Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing. Modules can be repeated individually, and the report always keeps the best result. The test lasts approximately two hours and results are obtained in a maximum of 14 days.

As an Affiliated Center of the Oxford Test of English, your center offers students an official Oxford qualification through an Authorized Examination Center, without taking on the management of the exam. We take care of all the exam management: registration, coordination of sessions, and delivery of results.

Terms, conditions, and payment
Registration implies acceptance of the general conditions, including the declaration of suitability and consent for the processing of personal data.
Important points:

- It is essential to bring a valid original ID card, NIE, or passport with photo on the day of the exam. Photos or photocopies of the document will not be accepted.
- Candidates must arrive 30 minutes before the official start time of the exam. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
- Once registration has been completed, no refunds or date changes are permitted.
- In case of absence due to health reasons, a medical certificate dated the same day as the exam must be provided in order to request a change of exam session.
- Idiomarum reserves the right to cancel exam sessions with fewer than four registered candidates.
Processing of personal data
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, personal data will be processed under the responsibility of Idiomarum School SL for the following purposes:

- Managing registrations for Oxford Test of English (OTE) exams.
- Sending relevant information related to taking the Oxford exam.
- Maintaining records of obtained results.

Oxford University Press terms and conditions
The Oxford Test of English (OTE) is developed and owned by Oxford University Press (OUP). By registering, candidates agree that:

- OUP will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- The content of the test may not be disclosed, nor may any attempt be made to manipulate the scoring.
- No images or recordings of the test may be taken.
- Copyright of responses belongs to OUP and may be used without revealing personal data.
- OUP’s decision regarding results is final.
